Our company was founded to honor the life of Paul Bright Jr. Paul was an aspiring, assistant chef working in craft services in Los Angeles, when his life was cut short at only 24 from Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy(CTE). His passion for food and helping others now lives on through, Paul’s Ice Cream Company.
